“Go Kids!” has been created by The OSCAR Foundation to give you some fun activities to do at your OSCAR programme. “Go Kids!” is all about getting you active at OSCAR and making healthy eating choices. If you eat healthy, nutritious food and participate in regular physical activity it helps you concentrate better, participate well and perform better in all areas of your life. Have a look through the “Go Kids!” folder at your OSCAR programme and find something that you would like to do. The folder includes a Warm Up / Cool Down Fun Factor - includes lots of confidence courses and relays Step With It - walking and running activies like scavenger hunts and orienteering trails Game On - a mixture of both physical and co-operative games  Snack Attack - yummy recipe ideas for a healthy breakfast and morning or afternoon tea Olympics - team events to encourage you to get involved and have fun  Superstar Challenge - learn new skills to do well and enjoy you physical activity Breakfast/Yoga - new breakfast recipes and some fun relaxing stretches Let your OSCAR staff know what you would like to do and they may be able to include it in the programme or how about getting a few of your friends together and trying out some of the games. If you aren’t really into games then give the new “Go Kids!” Hip Hop a go. Learn some awesome new moves to the music of Nesian Mystik. Don’t forget to check out the ‘Active Challenge’ and competitions, which will be changed every couple of months, you could win some awesome prizes for yourself and your OSCAR programme.
