Cones
Fill plastic 1 or 2 litre milk bottles with water

Hurdles
Fill 1 litre milk containers to make hurdles by placing a bamboo garden stake between the handles
Lay handles on the ground 1 metre apart to use as very low step-overs

Hula Hoops
Use hula hoops for
laying on the floor and jumping in and out of
rolling along and running next to
a target for throwing objects through

Bat
Tightly wrap and tape newspaper or magazine
Use cardboard tubes as they are or fill with newspaper and tape the ends

Ball
Screw up paper and wrap with masking tape
Fill a sock with another sock or paper and tie
Fill balloon with wheat, then twist and turn back over itself

Racquet
Make out of a coat hanger and pantyhose. Stretch a coat hanger so it is in the round shape of a racquet, pull the pantyhose leg over the frame and handle, then tie. Cut off excess and tape handle. This is good to use to hit balloons

Stilts
Make stilts by attaching ropes to:
tin cans with lids for strength, such as milo tins or baby formula
thick cardboard cylinders
pieces of plastic pipe
wooden blocks
