The initial resource involves a Basic Kit which consists of:

• Warm Up/Cool Down
• Fun Factor, including confidence courses and relays
• Step With It, a walking/running component including scavenger hunts and orienteering trails
• Game On, including both physical and co-operative games
• Snack Attack, which provides a variety of recipe ideas for a healthy morning and afternoon tea

Additional units are developed are available to "Go Kids!" programmes at no extra cost. The additional unit currently available include:

• Olympics Unit provides ideas on a variety of fun team events promoting participation and cooperation
• Superstar Challenge provides information and techniques for teaching children physical skills necessary for successful participation in physical activity
• Breakfast Unit provides information about a healthy breakfast and activity cards demonstrating various stretches that will help with physical conditioning aswell as assisting with relaxation and concentration
• "Go Kids!" Hip Hop DVD provides a fun, energetic and original series of hip hop dances designed specifically for children aged 9 - 14 years
